Easiest Method to check that my site is indexed in google or not?
Is my website indexed or banned in Google search engine?
Most of people have this question in their mind when they start creating some blog or website. The most common questions are :
Is my website indexed in Google search engine?
Is my website banned in Google search engine?
Very simple you can ask these questions directly to google. You dont need to ask any of your friend or in forum or anywhere in Google search engine. Google is providing a tool called - Google Site Status Wizard.
After entering the URL of your site or blog you are redirected to the step - 2 of the tool which will let you know the exact status of the URL in Google search engine.
This is very small and handy tool by google to check whether my website is indexed or banned in Google search engine.
So what are you waiting for? You can also give a quick look to Google Site Status Wizard for your sites / blogs.

People would rather believe they’re banned or not-indexed rather than just being ignored, I think. It’s annoying to realize Google just doesn’t care about you, heh.

Or.. you can type site:yourdomain.com if there are no pages from your site there you have been banned or deindexed.

Another way is to install the Search Status plugin on firefox and if your PR drops to n/a, it means BAN!

Nice tip… I didn’t know that it’s available publically without signing up with Webmaster tools.
